Clifford C. Mitchell, Jr. (Cliff) is retired from General Motors Corporation having held executive positions in quality control, production, and personnel in a career spanning 39 years. He has extensive experience in quality systems, organizational development, change management and turn around situations gained during assignments at nine General Motors Assembly Plants and the G.M. Tech Center Headquarters.

He holds a B.A. Degree in Business and Economics and is a graduate of Executive Development programs from Northwestern and Penn Sate Universities. Mr. Mitchell is currently a member of the Global Advanced Leadership Center and a member of the planning committee for The Global Automotive Conference.
